PDG specjalizes in the distribution of marketing and sales informatino of pharmaceutical and medical products.
We operate a number of web portals as well as a callcenter that reaches all pharmacies in Poland.
We closely cooperate with a Polish based company Infocon (Pcgmarket CRM operator), thanks to which we offer complex services like CRM + telemarketing to nontarget pharmacies(or crm + telemarketing to visited pharmacies to strengthen the visit message).
Below, please find a list of all our services:
- www.pcgmarket.com the only crm system on the market, which is web (www) and pda (palmtop) based, for medical and pharmceutical sales reps, which is closely integrated with PDG callcenter services (like calling non-target pharmacies)
- eHurt an order transfer service, from rep (on behalf of the pharmacy) to the wholesaler. Integrated with Pcgmarket CRM. This tool saves time for the pharmacy rep - instead of faxing orders, they can spend that time on another pharmacy visit. This same tool is used by our telemarketing users, to send orders to the wholesalers.
- DirectSell sale to the pharmacies: target or nontarget, or all. Our efficiency is much higher than the market average. We cal the pharmacy exclusively with Your product information, both sales offer and marketing information is passed on. This is the service of choise when building numeric distribution at pharmacy level of new products.
- Virtual Wholesaler our virtual pharmacy is a service during which, we offer several products during the one sales call / we call thousands of pharmacies daily, offering interesting products and sales offers (the list of sales offers is relatively short, although it is not exclusive to the one pharma company). We receive payment from the pharma company based on a success fee (subiect to individual negotiation).
- Distribution Level Analysis at pharmacy level in a short time we are able to measure Your distribution level of a given product at pharmacy level, which is very crucial during a new product launch.
- Distribution Level Analysis at wholesaler level we let you know instantly, if a Product becomes unavailable at wholesaler level.
- Virtual Sales Rep (telerep) if You have a vacat position in the field, (long or short term), we are able to fill that position by telephone call (the targetlist of pharmacies are contacted by phone 4 times per month, therefore 4 times more often than a field rep). During the phone call, all orders are transfered to the wholesaler.
- Pharma Company Room in the case of letting us take care of at least 10 different products (available in sales offers), we initialise a group of telereps that call with all of these products, ofcourse exclusively with the offer of the one pharmaceutal company
- KAM (Key Account Manager - wholesaler rep) - our experienced personnel can represent Your business at wholesaler level, which is crucial if You want to ensure that Your products are available at wholesaler lever for the pharmacies.
- www.kurierapteczny.pl (KA) a web portal dedicated to pharmacies. Here are also available sales offers which the pharmacies can purchase, product information, POS ordering.
- www.kurierfarmaceutyczny.pl (KF) a web portal for pharmaceutical companies, helping to reach pharmacies quicker (information published on KF is available for pharmacies using KA). This form of communication is encouraged by the government GIF.
- www.kurierhurtowy.pl (KH) a web portal for pharmaceutical wholesalers - here the wholesalers receive business information sent the them from KA and KF. This portal is tightly integrated with eHurt.
- www.portalzdrowia.pl (PZ) a public web portal for health seeking internet users, and for pharmacies wanting to sell via the internet - the possibility to install an online pharmacy in minutes.
- Electronic information bulletin a free electronig mailing bulletin, daily sent to all pharma companies, wholesalers and thousands of pharmacists. In the one place, a scan of daily pharma market news.
