Our callcenter operators are also experienced sales people / by using the Pcgmarket CRM technology, they are able to see the entire purchase history with a pharmacy while talking to the pharmacy decision maker, which means that the operator can make give advice as to when the pharmacy should make an order of products already purchased before (and sold to the public) or can advise as to what itneresting new products the pharmacy could purchase (part of PDG numeric distribution projects).
